If I had a penny for every time I had a  thought about horses, I would be rich beyond my wildest dreams.

 

As a life long crazy horse girl, I could never imagine my life without having a horse.  I was lucky enough to grow up on acreage and have wonderful parents who thought ponies and horses were an excellent, healthy pastime for their children.  I never lost the passion.

 

Every horse I have owned or worked with in my life has been special.  I will never forget any of them.  You continually learn and grow from being around horses, even with the more "difficult" ones.

 

My latest equine partner and eternal love is Mr. Scouty, a 2009 Hanoverian gelding by Scolari, who I bought at the Verden auction in Germay in January, 2013.

 

Scouty is a lovely, sweet, talented and precocious character.  He is a whole new, wonderful learning experience. I am really looking forward to many years together, sharing a multitude of adventures. I feel like the luckiest girl on earth to have had him come into my life.
